DIRECTIONS and HOURS From I-80 take the Madison Avenue exit and go east approximately one mile to the light at the intersection of Hackberry & Madison (away from the freeway towards Sunrise Blvd.). Turn left onto Hackberry and make an immediate right into the first driveway and go straight back as far as possible, parking in the large parking area. Suite 628 is located up the small walkway that goes between the buildings where they join together (they make an “L” shape). If you turn left up the first three steps, we are in the second office on the left. The office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
