Mr. LaShell has been involved in Bowen Therapy since it appeared in North America
in 1989. He received both Basic and Advanced training in Auburn, California and
has assisted in training and research at many venues across the United States.
He has developed the first and, to our knowledge, the only ongoing weekly support
classes in existence and now teaches his own curriculum in four-day
and twelve-week seminars. This curriculum is the first and only to be approved
by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Some of Mr. LaShell's accomplishments

- Mr. LaShell is among the first 500 Bowen Therapists worldwide.

In 1993, Mr. LaShell started the first commercially located Bowen Therapy office
in North America at Auburn, California and has expanded to two offices the other
being located in Sacramento, California.

Mr. LaShell is the first Bowen Therapy Teacher to be certified by the State of California.

At one time, 72% of all people practicing Bowen Therapy in the United States had
attended Mr. LaShell's classes.

Bowen Therapy has been Mr. LaShell's sole income for over ten years.

Mr. LaShell is the only Bowen Therapist to be inducted into "Who's Who in America".
- Mr. LaShell's curriculum is the first and only Bowen Therapy curriculum accepted
by the CA Board of Nursing for the issuance of Continuing Education Units for nurses,
physcial and massage therapists, etc.
Even with a busy therapeutic practice, Mr. LaShell teaches Bowen Therapy independently.
